I believe that flannelgraph is one of the best ways to teach preschool age children about the Bible. Not only do children hear the stories, they see them and be part of the story. Children can assist in placing the flannelgraph items on the board. By including the children in the story telling learning has been taken to the very highest level. I also love how flannelgraph can be used with one child or twenty.
But, I understand that this is an investment.
Great news!!! I am so excited to offer you a discount on the Betty Lukens sets!!!!! That's right. For ABCJLM users only, Betty Lukens is offering a special promotion for orders from their website (http://www.bettylukens.com/). Simply enter ABC20 in the additional comments section and they will apply a 20% discount to your order.
This discount will not automatically apply, but once the company receives the order they will manually adjust the total. Also, this discount can not be used with any other discount or special. If the current special is less than the 20% discount, I have been instructed to have you call the company to purchase the set at the 20% off price.
Each of the ABCJLM lesson plans contain page numbers associated to the Betty Lukens Through the Bible in Felt Teacher's Manual. On the specific page of the Teacher Manual, the Bible story as well as a list of the needed flannelgraph scenes, characters, and props are listed to help you tell the story.
Doesn't get much easier than that!
